Challenge

The Nissan NDS outbound team faced difficulties in aligning their communication styles and leveraging individual team members’ strengths. This lack of cohesion and understanding affected their collaboration and overall team efficiency, creating challenges in achieving their shared objectives.

Impact

After participating in the Mission Team workshop, the Nissan team experienced a 92% improvement in communication, with 100% of participants agreeing it would help them work better as a team. The workshop helped the team identify and understand each other’s strengths, fostering deeper connections and improving collaboration. As a result, they were better equipped to tackle challenges and work cohesively toward their goals.
