Any conference room or meeting place will do in which you can sit comfortably and talk with each other. If you are a larger group, we recommend that the moderator can connect his device to a larger screen or a beamer with speakers.

The workshop is very easy to set up. You need just a few minutes and to make sure that the following requirements are met:

• Each team member needs a smart device and a stable internet access.
• A moderator (no content role) activates tasks and plays videos.
• For larger teams, the moderator should use a tablet, PC, or connect to a larger screen with speakers.

Technically 2 to 18 persons can participate in the workshop.

We recommend group sizes of 12 or smaller. 

For larger teams, we gladly assist with optimal sub-team division.
