Patrick K. Magyar is deeply committed to helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential. With 18 years of coaching experience, he has mentored both emerging and professional athletes on their path to excellence, fostering their growth and expanding the limits of performance.
His leadership journey includes key roles such as Senior Vice President of Athletics and Football at ISL, Founder & CEO of FIFA Marketing AG, and CEO of the America’s Cup-winning team Alinghi. Additionally, he has served as Meeting Director for the renowned Weltklasse Zürich and as CEO of the 2014 European Athletics Championships in Zurich, where he played a pivotal role in shaping world-class sporting events that bring people together.
Over the past decade, he has shifted his focus toward team building, vocational education, and training. He spearheaded the development of the state-of-the-art Mission Team workshop and designed specialized programs for SwissSkills and WorldSkills France, impacting hundreds of thousands of students across both countries.

Bernhard Mikoleit is the “psychological conscience” of the PSYfiers. Originally trained as an electrical engineer and later specializing in vocational pedagogy, he has been dedicated to understanding people and their personalities for nearly 30 years. As one of the “fathers” of the Visual Implicit Profiler (VIP), his extensive knowledge in various fields plays a crucial role in the development and scientific validation of PSYfiers projects.
